Vincent Chiew is the president of Axis Cogni-Solve Ltd. A business technology and systems consultant. He is a professional engineer, information systems professional, project management professional, and a professional student in the province of Alberta.

His degrees consist of Electrical and Computer Engineering minor, Computer Science, Software Engineering, and currently working on his Ph.D. degree in Cognitive Informatics. He is a research member of both the Electrical and Computer Engineering department and the Computer Science department. He has published various academic and industrial peer reviewed papers.

Finally, he has presented, advised and consulted to groups such as the City of Calgary, Standard Council of Canada, Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta, Canadian Information Processing Society, RCMP, and PSEPC, in areas such as security, emergency, engineering, software, risk management, code of ethics, governance, professional practice, compliance, wireless technology, information technology, business technology, industrial technology, and advanced technology.
